This branch is located in Captan Apartment, right at F108 in the 58th block. It’s in a part of New Delhi that stays pretty busy throughout the day. The building is a typical residential structure, so coming to work feels like going to a neighbor's place. We have a small waiting area with a couple of chairs that have seen better days. Our desks are covered with pens, staplers, and heaps of paper that need to be filed. We handle a lot of the basic banking needs for the people living in the apartments and the nearby streets. There isn’t a big marketing team here. It’s just us, the staff, trying to get the entries right. Sometimes the tea lady comes by with snacks, which is the highlight of our afternoon. We don’t have fancy uniforms or a polished corporate look. We just wear our regular clothes and focus on the tasks at hand. The windows look out onto the parking lot, and we can see people coming and going all day. It’s a very grounded way to work. We don't make big promises, we just do the work that is in front of us. If the computer system is slow, we just take a minute and talk about the weather or the local news. It’s a small, practical office in the middle of Delhi.
