Indian Navy

We operate out of the 1 Cbpo unit, which is located at C O 56 Apo in New Delhi. Our office is led by Lt Col G Patchayappan for the Indian Navy. This is a very functional and military-oriented address, and the way we work reflects that. There are no storefronts or places for the public to visit. It is all about logistics, mail, and coordination behind the scenes. The office is very plain, with long tables and plenty of sorting bins. We spend most of our time making sure that everything is addressed correctly and sent off to where it needs to go. It is a lot of repetitive work, but it is very important for keeping things moving. We don't use any fancy language to describe what we do. It is just sorting and dispatching, plain and simple. The atmosphere is professional but relaxed among the staff since we have worked together for so long. We know the system inside and out. New Delhi is a chaotic city, but inside our unit, there is a specific order to everything. We don't have any corporate slogans on the walls. We just have schedules and duty rosters. It is a very practical environment where the main goal is just to finish the day's load without any mistakes. It is just a regular, hardworking group here.
