Imsi (India) Pvt. Ltd. is located out in Najafgarh, specifically in the Bengali Colony area at D-39, Naveen Place. It’s a bit of a drive if you’re coming from central Delhi, but it’s where we’ve set up shop. The neighborhood is busy, with a lot of people moving around Kali Piau and Jharoda Road. Our office isn't anything special to look at, just a solid building where we get our work done every day. We handle a lot of different things here, and there’s always someone coming or going. The desks are covered in folders and notes because we prefer writing things down rather than putting everything on a computer. It helps us remember the small details. We’ve been through some tough times, like everyone else, but we keep the doors open and the work moving. Our staff is like a little family; we eat lunch together and complain about the heat in the summer. We don’t have a big HR department or complicated rules. If there is a problem, we talk it out and fix it. People in the colony know us as the guys at D-39. We don't do much advertising because most of our work comes from word of mouth. It’s honest work, and we try to stay busy without making things more complicated than they need to be. It’s just how we like to run things here in this corner of New Delhi.
