Our office is based in Dwarka, specifically in Veer Awas Apartments in Sector 18 A. It is a residential area, so it is much quieter than being in the middle of a commercial hub. We are in apartment 152. Working out of a residential complex gives things a much more personal feel. We do HR consulting, helping companies find the right people for their teams. It is mostly Dipti and a couple of others handling the daily tasks. We spend a lot of time reviewing applications and talking to people over the phone. Since we are in an apartment, it does not feel like a stiff corporate environment. We have a small setup with computers and filing cabinets. Sometimes we meet candidates here, but often we do things remotely now. The neighborhood is nice, with some parks nearby where we can take a short walk when things get too busy or stressful. We have been here for a while and the neighbors all know what we do. It is a very practical way to run a business without too much overhead. We do not have any big slogans or mission statements. We just try to find good people for the jobs we have open. It can be a bit of a puzzle sometimes, trying to see who fits where. We keep track of everything in our notebooks and on our laptops. It is a simple, honest way of working.
