You can find us at Hno D 54 in the Paryavaran Complex. This is in New Delhi, right on the edge where it meets Haryana, 110030. We’ve been operating Icici Prudential Lic from this spot for quite a while. The complex is a bit of a maze if you haven't been here before, but once you find D 54, it’s easy. It’s a typical Delhi building with narrow stairs and lots of activity around it. Inside our space, things are pretty basic. We have a few computers that have seen better days and a lot of paper stacks. It’s a busy office but not a fancy one. We handle a lot of different things throughout the day, mostly just making sure the records for the area are accurate. The power goes out sometimes, so we have a backup, but it’s just part of life here. We don’t have a big corporate lobby. You just walk in and we’re right there at our desks. It can get a bit warm in the afternoons, but we have some fans going. We try to be helpful to anyone who wanders in looking for the place. It’s a decent area to work in, even if the traffic nearby is a bit of a mess during rush hour. We just keep our heads down and get through the tasks we have scheduled for the day. Being on the border of Haryana means we see people from all over.
