We are located inside the CRPF Camp at Jharodakalan, specifically in Block 48, Quarter 3. It’s a very different vibe here compared to a regular street-side branch in the middle of Delhi. You have to pass through the main gates and the security checks, so it’s mostly just the folks living in the camp who stop by to see us. The space is a Type II quarter, so it’s got that standard government housing feel with sturdy walls, small windows, and those heavy metal doors that creak when you open them. It gets really dusty around here when the wind picks up, and we’re always wiping down the desks before we start the day. There’s a big tree right outside that gives us some shade, which is a total blessing in the summer months when the sun is hitting the building. Inside, it’s just the basic stuff: a few computers, some plastic chairs for people to sit on, and a lot of ledgers. It’s not a place where people linger for long; they come in, finish their business, and head back to their quarters. We know most of the people by name since it’s such a contained community. The internet can be a bit spotty this far out from the city center, so we often end up just talking to pass the time while the system loads. It’s a simple setup, nothing like those big corporate offices. Just a small room in a quiet corner.
