Our office is located at Rzb-69/1 in Raj Nagar-1, which is part of the Palam Colony area in New Delhi. Even though the company name has Noida in it, this is where we handle a lot of the day-to-day operations. The street is usually pretty busy with local traffic and people going about their business. It’s a typical Delhi neighborhood, so you’ve got shops and houses all mixed together. Inside the office, it’s mostly just desks piled with files and folders. We do a lot of consulting and project work, so there’s always a lot of reading and writing going on. It’s not a fancy corporate setup with glass walls; it’s more of a practical place where we can actually focus. The staff here is pretty tight-knit, and we usually know what everyone is working on. Lunch is often something ordered from a local place nearby, or we bring stuff from home and eat together. The walk from the main road can be a bit dusty, but you get used to it. We deal with a lot of paperwork related to hospitals and health projects, so things can get pretty serious at times. But we try to keep a relaxed atmosphere in the office so nobody gets too stressed out. It’s a honest day’s work in a part of Delhi that feels very real and unpretentious.
