We are Hcl Technologies Ltd, and you can find us at 231B Plot 15A in Sector 22, Dwarka. Being in New Delhi 110075 is convenient for most of us. Dwarka is a big place, but Sector 22 has its own rhythm. We’ve been here a while now, just doing our thing in the tech world. It’s not a glamorous job, but we enjoy the challenge of fixing things and making software work like it's supposed to. Our office is pretty basic. We have our desks, our computers, and way too many coffee mugs. We aren't interested in being the most polished company in the city. We’d rather just be known for being reliable and getting things finished on time. The area around Plot 15A is usually quite busy, but once we’re inside, we just focus on the screens. Most of us have lived in New Delhi for years, so we’re used to the pace here. We don’t use any of that corporate jargon that you hear in big meetings. We just speak plain English and talk about what needs to be fixed. It’s a practical way to run a business. We don't have any big mission statements or posters on the wall telling us what to do. We just know our jobs and we do them. It’s a simple arrangement that has worked for us for a long time now, honestly.
