Our office is tucked away at Wz 418 in Naraina Village. It’s a bit of a maze back here if you aren't from the area, but we like it. Hass Management Services has been around for a bit, mostly just keeping busy with the daily grind. Naraina is a hectic place, especially with all the movement and people going about their business. We share the space and try to keep things as quiet as possible so we can focus on the files. It’s not a shiny glass building or anything like that. We’ve got desks, computers, and a lot of tea going around. My staff and I have worked together for a long time, so we have our own way of doing things. No one here is wearing a suit unless there’s a really big reason for it. We handle the paperwork and management tasks that people usually find annoying to do themselves. New Delhi is fast, but inside our doors, we try to take it one thing at a time. It’s just how we operate. We moved to this Naraina spot because it was practical for us and the rent wasn’t crazy. It’s a real working neighborhood. Sometimes the power goes out or the street gets blocked, but that’s just life in the village. We just get on with it. There’s no big secret to what we do. We just stay at it until the job is finished.
