HARI NAMBARDAR CONSTRUCTIONS LLP operates out of Gadaipur, near Mandi Road. Our office is at H.NO 5 on the ground floor of Dharma Niwas. We spend most of our mornings getting things ready for the day’s work and talking to our laborers. It’s a lot of coordination because construction has so many moving parts. We aren’t some big corporate office with a reception desk and fancy coffee. We’re more of a boots-on-the-ground kind of team. Most of the time we have dust on our clothes from visiting the sites. Being near Mandi Road is useful for getting materials delivered, though the traffic can be a real pain sometimes. We handle a variety of construction tasks and try to stay on top of the local regulations in South West Delhi. It’s a lot of manual labor and management, but we enjoy seeing a project come together from the foundation up. We’ve been working in this 110030 zip code for a while and know the local landscape pretty well. It’s a straightforward business and we try to keep our operations just as simple. We just focus on the task at hand and try to get home before the evening traffic gets too bad.
