Grassik Consultancy

Our office is located at G-5, Pocket-2 in Naraina Vihar, New Delhi. It is a ground floor spot which is handy because we don't have to deal with elevators. Naraina Vihar is an interesting place because it’s a mix of houses and small businesses. Grassik Consultancy is just a small group of us sitting at our desks doing recruitment and consulting work. The street outside can get quite jammed with cars in the evening, but during the day it’s not too bad. We have a few filing cabinets and some chairs for when people come in for meetings. Most of our work happens over the phone or on the laptops. We don't have a receptionist or anything fancy; whoever is closest to the door just answers it. The light in the office is a bit dim in the afternoons, but we have enough lamps. We’ve been here in Delhi for a long time, so we know the local shops and where to get the best chai. Our days are filled with talking to candidates and trying to match them with companies. It’s a lot of talking and a lot of typing. We don't use any special jargon or try to sound like a big corporation. We are just a local business trying to do our job well in the middle of Delhi. It’s a busy life, but we like the neighborhood and the people we meet.
