Grande Hauter Constructions Private Limited

Grande Hauter Constructions Private Limited is based out of Shop No.-210 in Vardhman Sudarshan Plaza. We are in Plot No.-4 of the Sector-5 MLU area in Dwarka. Being in a plaza means there is always something going on around us. People are coming and going, and the parking lot is usually a mess by mid-morning. Our shop isn't huge, but it fits our desks and the cupboards where we keep all the project files. We spend a lot of our time here planning out work and talking to people who stop by. Dwarka is a big place with lots of buildings going up, so it's a good spot for a construction company to be. The office is a bit cramped because we have a lot of samples like tiles and paint swatches sitting around. Sometimes the lift in the plaza doesn't work right, so we end up taking the stairs. We have been in this shop for a while and it feels like a second home. We grab lunch from the local food stalls nearby most days. The air conditioner struggles a bit during the peak of summer, but we manage. It is a real working office, not some polished showroom. We focus on getting the daily tasks done, whether it is calling up cement suppliers or checking on labor schedules. Most of the time, the desk is covered in papers and half-empty tea cups. That is just how we operate every day.
