Grail Research

At 782 Sector 8 in R K Puram, we have our Grail Research setup. R K Puram is a well-known area in New Delhi, and being in Sector 8 puts us right in the middle of a lot of activity. Like our other spots, we focus entirely on research and analysis. We don't have a big sales team or a fancy front desk. When you walk in, you’re likely to see a bunch of people with their heads down, working through piles of information. It’s a very academic sort of atmosphere in some ways, but with a more practical focus on business. We spend a lot of time on the phone or on the computer, trying to track down specific data points that are hard to find. It can be tedious work, but we’re used to it. The office is a bit lived-in, with books and folders everywhere. We aren't trying to impress anyone with the decor; we just need a place to sit and think. The lunch breaks are usually spent at one of the local stalls nearby, which is a nice break from the screens. We’ve got a mix of experienced researchers and some newer folks who are still learning the ropes. It’s a collaborative place where we help each other out when we get stuck on a difficult problem. We just keep our heads down and get the research done.
