Global Food Flavors

Global Food Flavors is actually run out of Flat No-439 in Sector-3, Pocket-16, Dwarka. It’s a residential area, so it’s a bit different from a storefront. We started this because we really care about how food tastes and we wanted to share our spice blends and mixes with people. The kitchen is always busy, and there’s usually the smell of roasting cumin or coriander floating around. We don't have a big warehouse or a fleet of trucks. Most of our work is done on the kitchen table, packing things into jars and labeling them by hand. It can get a bit messy, and sometimes we run out of storage space in the flat. Dwarka is a big place, and we spend a lot of time delivering orders to different sectors ourselves. We don't use any fancy marketing tricks. We just tell people to try the food and see if they like it. It’s a small family operation, and everyone chips in when there’s a big order to get out. Sometimes we are up late grinding spices or checking the inventory. We’ve had to learn a lot about how to keep things fresh and how to mail packages without them breaking. It’s not a glamorous business, but it’s ours. We just take things one batch at a time and hope the neighbors don't mind the smell of spices too much.
