Genpact

Our place is over in Mahavir Enclave on Street Number 5. It’s a busy little pocket of New Delhi that stays active from morning until late at night. We’ve been operating out of Rz D1 12A for some time now. It’s not a big corporate building with glass walls, just a normal spot in the neighborhood where we can sit down and do our work. The street is usually full of people and vendors, especially in the evenings when everyone is out buying groceries. We like it here because it feels like a real place. Inside, it’s mostly just desks and computers and a few stacks of folders. We don’t spend much time on decorations or making things look perfect for visitors who might stop by. Most of our day is spent catching up on emails and sorting through various bits of information. The staff mostly comes from nearby areas, so the commute isn't too bad for them compared to other parts of the city. Sometimes the stairs are a bit narrow and the lighting could be better, but it serves us just fine for what we do. We have a small area for lunch where we sit and talk about things that aren't related to the job. It’s a practical setup. We aren’t trying to impress anyone with a lobby or a receptionist at the front. If you need us, you just walk in. We try to keep a steady rhythm and get the day's work finished.
