Genpact

We are based in 162 Keshav Kunj Appts, over in Sector 17, Pocket D of Dwarka. It is a quiet spot for an office, tucked away in the residential apartments. We have been operating Genpact from this location for quite a while. Most of the people around here are families, so it is a peaceful environment to work in. We have several rooms filled with desks and computers where the team sits. It feels more like a home than a corporate building, which is fine by us. We do not have a big sign outside, just the door number. The walk from the main gate to our block is short. We have a small area where we keep our bags and coats. Most days are pretty much the same. We log in, go through the files, and talk to each other about the projects. There is no formal dress code, just whatever is comfortable for sitting at a desk all day. We have a small fridge for our lunch boxes. Sometimes we go out to the local market in Sector 17 if we need a break. The lift in the building is a bit slow, so we often take the stairs. It is just a practical, local setup. We are not trying to impress anyone with the decor. We just focus on the work that needs finishing every day. That is how we have always done it.
