Genpact

We have been based here in Dwarka for a good while now, specifically over in Sector 3 at the DDA Flats in Pocket 1. Genpact is a busy enough spot, but we like it. The office isn't anything fancy, just a regular space where we get our work done every day. Sometimes the traffic around here gets a bit much, especially near the main roads, but once you’re inside the pocket, it’s mostly quiet. We see the same neighbors coming and going, which is nice. Most of us take the metro or just drive in from nearby. The desks are a bit cluttered with papers and coffee mugs, but that’s just how we operate. It's not like those big glass buildings you see in the movies. We’ve got a few windows that let in some light, though mostly we just keep the fans going when it gets hot. The address is 58 Dda Flats, and we've been here long enough that the local delivery guys don't even need to ask for directions anymore. It's just a practical place for Genpact to be. We don't spend a lot of time worrying about the decor or making things look perfect for visitors because we’re usually too busy with the actual tasks at hand. It feels like home after all these years, even with the squeaky chairs and the printer that acts up every Tuesday. It’s just us doing what we do in this corner of Delhi.
