Genpact

We operate out of G 501 in the Ispatika Apartments over in Sector 4, Dwarka. Being in an apartment complex makes the workday feel a bit different than a standard office block. We’re right at Plot 29. It’s a residential area, so it’s mostly quiet except for the usual sounds of people living their lives and kids playing downstairs. We’ve set up our desks near the windows to get some natural light while we work for Genpact. Working from here means we avoid the worst of the city traffic most mornings. The lift sometimes takes a while to arrive, but that’s just how it goes in a building like this. We have a few computers and a lot of files. It’s mostly digital work, but there’s still plenty of physical stuff to track and organize. We drink a lot of tea while we go through the lists and reports. The security guards at the gate know us by now. It’s a decent place to spend the day. New Delhi is always moving fast, but inside Sector 4, things feel a little more controlled. We don't have any fancy lobby or receptionist. You just come up to the fifth floor and find us. We try to stay on top of the deadlines. Sometimes the printer jams right when you need it, which is frustrating, but we deal with it. It’s just a regular workplace for us. We focus on the details and try to keep things running smoothly.
