Our place is in the Nanba Block, specifically at Rz R5 near the Mother Dairy in Dwarka. It’s a very easy landmark to give people because everyone in the area knows where the Mother Dairy is. This part of Dwarka is quite residential and calm, which makes for a nice working environment. The office itself is quite simple, located in a building that’s been around for a while. We handle various tasks for Genpact India from this spot, mostly focused on keeping the records updated and helping out with backend support. The rooms are filled with desks and a few cabinets for all the paperwork we deal with. It isn’t a very large office, so we all know each other pretty well. We don’t have a fancy canteen, but there are plenty of small shops around where we grab snacks or tea during the day. Sometimes the water cooler leaks a bit, or we have to shuffle chairs around to make room for a quick meeting, but it’s all part of the daily routine. We like the fact that it’s not in a crowded commercial hub. It feels more like being part of the local neighborhood. Most of us commute by the metro or scooters, and the parking near the block is usually manageable. It’s just a normal place where we come to do our jobs and then head back home.
