Genpact India Limited

This Genpact India Limited branch is over in Dwarka, specifically at SFS Flat 205 in Sector 1, Pocket 2. It’s more of a residential-looking area, so it feels a bit different than a big corporate park. Dwarka is spread out, and our pocket is relatively quiet compared to the main markets. We have our office set up inside the flat, which makes it feel a bit more like home for the few of us who work here. We mostly deal with the administrative side of things. There isn't a lot of foot traffic coming in, which is fine by us. We spend our time on the phones or typing away on our keyboards. Sometimes we go downstairs to the small park nearby just to get some fresh air. The Delhi winters are nice here because it’s a bit more open, but the summers are still a struggle. We’ve been here for a while and the neighbors know us as the office folks. We don't have any big neon signs or anything. It's just a regular door with a small nameplate. We handle the paperwork and the files that come our way. It’s a steady pace of work. We aren't doing anything fancy, just the basic tasks that need to get finished before the weekend starts. It’s a calm spot for us to focus on what is on our desks today.
