Fba Developers Private Limited is located out in Dwarka, specifically in Sector 9. We are in the Royal Residency building at Plot Number 5. Our office is Flat Number 633 on the third floor. Dwarka is quite spread out and organized compared to other parts of Delhi. Working from a flat in a residency means it’s a fairly quiet environment for us to focus on our development work. We have a couple of rooms set up with desks and computers and a small pantry for tea. It’s a professional but relaxed atmosphere. We don't have a fancy reception desk or a lobby. You just come in and we are right there working on our projects. We deal with various development projects and spend a lot of time on the phone with architects and site managers throughout the day. The lift in Royal Residency works most of the time, so getting to the third floor isn't a big problem for us. We chose this spot because it’s easy to reach and the surroundings are decent for a workplace. We aren't trying to impress anyone with a big corporate office or luxury furniture. We just need a place to sit, think, and get the work done properly. Most of us have been in this industry for many years. We just keep things simple and honest. It’s a practical workspace for a practical team. Dwarka has been a good home for the company.
