Eva Staffing Solutions

Working here at M-259 in Sarojini Nagar is pretty interesting because the market is so close by and there is always something going on. You can always hear the noise of the city and the shoppers from our office windows. Eva Staffing Solutions is basically just us sitting around phones and computers trying to match people with jobs that suit them. It’s a lot of talking and listening to what people actually need. Some days are slow and we just tidy up the old files, while other days are a complete mess with people coming in and out all the time. The address is a bit long to write out sometimes but people find us eventually if they look hard enough. We’ve been in New Delhi for a long time and know how the hiring stuff works around here. It isn't always pretty work and there is a lot of frustration. There is a lot of rejection involved in staffing, but we just keep going anyway. The office is a bit old-fashioned, honestly, with some old filing cabinets that squeak every time you open them to find a resume. Our team is small and we’ve worked together for ages now. We don't really have a big marketing budget or anything flashy, so we just rely on people telling their friends about us. It’s just a regular office life in a very busy part of town. We eat a lot of street food for lunch since Sarojini Nagar has so many different options nearby. It’s just what we do every day.
