Our business, Employment Solutions, is located at F-245 in Katwaria Sarai, New Delhi. We operate out of the house of Mr. Nafe Singh, which gives our office a bit more of a personal feel than your average corporate building. It’s right in the middle of a bustling part of Delhi, so there is always a lot of energy and noise just outside the door. Inside, our space is mostly filled with stacks of resumes, job descriptions, and filing folders. We spend our days trying to match people looking for work with the right companies. It’s a lot of talking on the phone and sitting through interviews. Some days we have a line of people waiting to talk to us, and other days we are just buried in paperwork. We’ve been doing this from this Katwaria Sarai location for quite some time now. We don't have a fancy lobby or a big sign out front. It’s just a practical office where we do the work of helping people find their next job. We take it one person at a time and try to be honest about what’s available. Delhi is a huge city and the job market can be really tough, so we stay busy trying to keep up with everything. We aren't a giant recruitment firm. We’re just a small team in a residential house doing our best to get people hired. It’s a steady, busy life, and we are happy to be part of this neighborhood.
