We are located at 386 Type 4 Laxmibai Nagar in New Delhi. This part of the city is quite specific, mostly government housing and quiet streets with lots of trees. It doesn't feel like the middle of a massive city most of the time. Being in the 110023 zip code means we are close to a lot of things, but our office itself is pretty low-key. We do consultancy work, which sounds a bit formal, but it really just means we help people figure out sourcing and business problems. We don't have a big sign out front or a suite in a skyscraper. It’s just a room where we have our desks and our files. Most of our work is done over the phone or through emails. New Delhi can be a very intense place to work, but we try to keep things simple here. We don't have any scripted speeches for when people call. We just answer their questions based on what we know. Some days it's just a few of us sitting around debating the best way to handle a client's request. It's not a polished corporate office. We have our tea breaks and we talk about the weather or the traffic on the way in. We just focus on the task at hand and try to be as practical as possible with the advice we give. There is always a stack of folders on the table and someone usually has the radio playing softly in the background.
