Dr Buildestate P Ltd

You can find us over at Wz-178/2 in Lajwanti Garden, which is a pretty well-known part of New Delhi. We’ve been set up here for Dr Buildestate P Ltd for a while now. The office is located in a spot that feels very much like a neighborhood, so it isn't too formal or stiff. Most of the day, we are busy looking at site plans or talking to contractors about different building projects we have going on. The desk is usually covered in drawings and various bits of paper that we need to sort through. It gets a bit dusty sometimes because of all the construction talk, but that is just the nature of what we do. We aren't big on fancy decorations or expensive office furniture. We have what we need to get the job done and that is about it. The street outside in Lajwanti Garden can get quite narrow, so we often tell people to be careful when they’re driving over to see us. It’s a local business through and through, and we like the fact that we are right here in the middle of everything. We don't have a big marketing team or anything like that. We just focus on the estate work and making sure everything is built the way it should be. It is a lot of hard work, but we are used to the pace of it by now. The office is just a place where we get things done and plan for the next project.
