Domeska Builders And Promoters Private Limited is located over in Dwarka, specifically at Flat No. 115, Pocket-3 in Sector-19. This is West Delhi-110075. We’ve been operating out of this flat for quite some time now. Dwarka is a big place with lots of sectors, and Sector-19 is a nice quiet corner for us to get our work done. We are builders, which means we spend a lot of time thinking about foundations and walls. We aren't the type to use fancy brochures or slick presentations. Usually, we just show people what we’re working on or take them to a site. Our office is where the planning happens. It’s full of rolled-up blueprints, old coffee mugs, and stacked files. We try to keep things simple and avoid the corporate speak that seems to be everywhere these days. If a project is going to take six months, we tell you it will take six months. We don't try to sugarcoat the reality of building stuff in a city like this. There are always delays with weather or permits, and we just deal with them as they come. Being promoters too, we spend time talking to folks who want to invest in new spaces. We just tell them what the market is like currently. It’s a tough business but we enjoy the process of seeing something go from a drawing to a real structure. It's rewarding in its own way.
