Dme Development Limited is based in Dwarka, specifically in Sector-10. We are on the ground floor at units G-5 and G-6. Dwarka is quite spread out compared to the older parts of Delhi, which is nice for a change. We have a bit more space here to breathe. Our work focuses on development projects, and being in Sector-10 makes it easy for us to reach different sites. The office is pretty functional. We have our desks, our computers, and plenty of space for blueprints. It is not a place for showing off; it's a place for working. We spend our days coordinating between different departments and making sure our development goals are being met. The ground floor location is handy because we have people coming in frequently. Dwarka has its own vibe, and we’ve settled into it well over the years. We aren't trying to be the biggest company out there; we just want to do our job right and keep things moving. There is a lot of paperwork involved in development, as anyone in the industry knows. We just take it one day at a time. It’s a very grounded way of running a business. No corporate jargon, just honest work in a decent part of the city. We are usually here from morning until the evening, just keeping the projects on track. It takes a lot of patience but we don't mind the effort one bit.
