Dh Bulidtech Llp is situated over in Pochanpur, specifically in Sector 23. If you know the area, you know it is near Major Bhola Ram Enclave. We operate from the ground floor at Plot Kh No 16/4 and a few other plots like 17/2 and 24/2. It is a bit of a spread-out location but that is how things are when you deal with building stuff. We spend a lot of time checking on materials and making sure the labor shows up on time. The office isn't anything special to look at. We mostly have some desks and a lot of dust from the nearby construction. Dealing with building technology means we have to look at a lot of drawings and make sure the measurements are right. Sometimes things go wrong with the supply chain and we have to wait around. That is just the nature of the business in this part of Delhi. We aren't trying to do anything fancy, just putting in the hours at the site. The sun gets pretty hot out here in the open plots. We keep the paperwork in some old filing cabinets and try to stay organized. Most of our day is spent talking to contractors or checking the progress on the ground floor. It is a lot of walking back and forth between the different plots listed in our address. We just keep our heads down and work.
