Dezire Homesquare Private Limited

Dezire Homesquare is located at 1903/B in Rajeev Nagar, over in Sector-13. It’s a busy part of the city, and we’ve been working out of this spot for a while now. Rajeev Nagar has its own vibe, and being in Sector-13 means we’re right in the middle of all the residential growth. We handle home development, which mostly means we’re trying to turn empty plots into places where people can actually live. It’s a lot of back-and-forth with the city offices and the laborers. Our office at 1903/B isn't huge, but it gets the job done for us. We’ve got stacks of files and a few chairs for when the contractors come by to talk. We don't use any fancy language or try to act like we’re a big-shot company. We’re just local people who know how to put a house together. Some days are better than others, especially when the material costs stay flat for a change. We spend a lot of time on our feet, walking through half-finished rooms and checking the plumbing. It’s a messy business sometimes, with all the sand and cement everywhere. But we like seeing a project go from a hole in the ground to a finished roof. Sector-13 is where we grew up, so we care about what happens here. We just keep moving from one job to the next without much of a break.
