DESIGNFREAKS & CONSTRUCTION LLP

Designfreaks & Construction LLP is our name and we are based out of House Number 11 in Munirka Kunj, which is in the Dindarpur area of Najafgarh, New Delhi 110043. We chose the name because we really enjoy the design side of things along with the actual building work. Najafgarh is a busy part of the city and being in Dindarpur keeps us right in the middle of a lot of local activity. Our house-turned-office is where all the planning happens. It’s a bit crowded with samples and drawings sometimes but that is how a construction office should look. We started this LLP to have more control over the projects we take on. Working in Munirka Kunj means we are around neighbors who have seen us grow over the years. We aren't some big corporation with branches everywhere, we are just here in Najafgarh trying to do decent work. The roads around here can be a bit rough especially when it rains but we manage to get our materials through. We spend our mornings checking on various sites and our afternoons are usually for the office work. It is a lot of back and forth but it keeps us on our toes. We don't use any fancy marketing tricks, we just talk to people and show them what we are doing. It is a simple life and a simple business for us. We just want to get the job done properly for everyone involved.
