DELONIX BUILDTECH PRIVATE LIMITED is located over in Sadh Nagar, which is part of the Palam Colony area. Our office is at RZE-468, on the first floor. It’s near the primary school, so we hear the kids playing during their breaks, which is a nice break from the sound of traffic. We are specifically at KH NO 660/662 on Gali No 28. It’s a bit of a maze back here if you aren't used to the streets in Palam, but we know them like the back of our hand. We focus on buildtech work, which involves a lot of technical details and planning. The office is usually full of drawings and technical specs spread out over the tables. We are a small group of people who just like to get our heads down and do the work. We aren't big on fancy titles or corporate meetings. Usually, we just talk things through over lunch and then get back to the tasks at hand. Palam is a busy place and being near the school keeps us grounded in the neighborhood. We’ve been here for a while now, and most of the people nearby know what we do. We don't do any big promotions. We just rely on the fact that we've been around and people know where to find us on Gali No 28 when they have a project that needs doing. It’s a plain, hardworking office where we handle the technical side of building.
