Our base is located at Rz B53 in the Dabri Extension area of New Delhi. If you have ever been through this part of the city, you know exactly how hectic the traffic and the streets can be. The office is a modest space for Deloitte India, tucked away in a spot that feels very much like the rest of the neighborhood. We are not interested in having a polished corporate look; we just need a place where the staff can sit down and handle their daily duties. The building is not very big, and it feels quite lived-in, which suits us just fine. There is usually some noise coming in from the street, but that is just part of the atmosphere in Delhi. We have people coming in throughout the morning, and the day is spent mostly on computers and phone calls. You won't find a fancy reception desk here or people in expensive suits waiting to greet you. It is a straightforward office for people who have work to do. Finding B53 can be a little tricky because the house numbers in Dabri Extension sometimes go in weird directions, but once you arrive, you will see we are just a regular team. We keep our heads down and focus on our lists. It is a practical environment where we try to stay organized despite the busy nature of the area. We just do our thing and head home.
