Delishism Foods Private Limited operates out of Flat No-86 in Possangipur, over in West Delhi. It’s not your typical business park setting; we’re basically working out of a residential flat. This makes the environment a bit more relaxed than a standard office, though we still keep pretty busy. We’ve been here for a bit now, focusing on the food industry. We don’t have a giant warehouse or a fleet of trucks of our own. Mostly, we handle the coordination and the smaller-scale production from this space. It gets a bit tight when we have a lot of boxes coming in, but we’ve learned how to stack things to make room. We didn't want to spend a lot of money on a big office when this flat in Possangipur works just as well for what we need. The neighbors are mostly used to us by now, even with the occasional delivery van blocking the way for a minute. We’re just a small team trying to make things work. We don't have any polished speeches or mission statements to give people. We just wake up, come in, and handle the food side of the business as best as we can. It’s honest, simple work and we're okay with that. West Delhi has been a good place for us to start and we’re just taking it one day at a time. Sometimes the phone rings off the hook, but that is a good problem to have.
