Corporate Executive Board

We are based on the ground floor at Z 23 A in Hauz Khas. Being on the ground floor is handy because we don't have to deal with stairs, especially when we’re carrying boxes or heavy files for Corporate Executive Board. Hauz Khas is a busy area, but our street is tucked away enough that it stays relatively calm during the day. The office is a bit small, so we’re all pretty close to each other while we work. It’s got that old Delhi feel to it, with thick walls and high ceilings that stay cool in the summer. We spend our days mostly handling paperwork and digital records. There isn't much in the way of decor, just the essentials like desks and a few chairs for when people visit. We keep a stash of biscuits in the drawer for tea time. Sometimes the traffic outside gets a bit much, especially during the evening rush, but inside we just keep our heads down. We’ve been at this Hauz Khas address for quite some time now. It’s a practical location for us. We don't try to make it look like something it’s not. It is just a functional workspace where we can do our jobs without any extra fluff. If you walk past, you might not even realize it’s an office unless you look closely at the door. It suits us just fine. We have a small window that looks out onto the street, which is good for people watching.
