Consus Initiatives

We are based at C 2 27 in the Safdarjung Development Area of New Delhi. It’s a nice part of town, 110016, with plenty of trees and some decent places to grab lunch nearby. Consus Initiatives isn't a massive corporation; it’s a small operation where everyone wears a few different hats. We do a bit of everything depending on what’s needed that day. The office isn't very large, so we’re always bumping into each other, but it keeps the communication easy. We don't have a polished corporate image because we’d rather spend our time working on projects than worrying about how we look. Sometimes things get a bit messy with paperwork piled up, but we usually manage to find what we’re looking for. The Safdarjung area is pretty central, which makes it easier for people to find us, though the traffic on the main road can be a bit of a nightmare during rush hour. We’ve been here long enough that we know the local guards and the shopkeepers around the corner. We don’t go in for big promises or fancy mission statements. We just try to be reliable and do what we said we’d do. It’s a practical approach to business that has served us well so far. We like the independence of being a smaller group and having the freedom to work our own way.
