We are based out of Dwarka, which is a big area with lots of movement. Our main spot is in Rohit Apartment, over at Plot Number 30 in Sector 10. City Real Estate Developers is a small team. We spend most of our time looking at properties or trying to help people find a place to stay or invest in. Dwarka is full of apartments, so there is always a lot of walking around and checking out different sectors like Sector 6. It gets pretty hot in the summer, but that doesn't stop the work. We aren't a huge firm with hundreds of agents. It’s mostly just us handling the daily bits of paperwork and meeting clients near the apartment block. Sometimes the office is a bit messy with all the maps and documents laying around. We try to be as helpful as possible without making things complicated. People usually find us through word of mouth since we’ve been in this specific building for a while. We know the local streets and the different societies quite well by now. If you’re looking for us, we’re just tucked away in the residential part of the sector. It’s a good place to work because everything you need is right nearby. We just keep our heads down and do the work that comes our way. The building is easy to spot once you get to Plot 30 and see the main gate.
