We run our HR office out of Flat 404 in Gayatri Apartments over in Dwarka Sector 10. It’s a busy spot in New Delhi, but the building is pretty easy to find once you're in the right sector. We handle quite a bit of work here every day, mostly dealing with people looking for jobs and companies needing staff. It’s not a huge fancy office or anything like that, just a regular place where we get things done. Sometimes the traffic in Dwarka gets a bit much, but being near the Metro helps out quite a bit for everyone coming in. We've been at this address for a while now. Most days are spent on the phone or going through paperwork. It can get a bit loud with the fans going and phones ringing, but that’s just how a working office feels. We try to keep things simple and just focus on the task at hand. If you know the area near Plot 27, you know it's a mix of residential and small businesses like ours. We mostly just keep our heads down and work through the lists of candidates. Dealing with hiring isn't always easy, but it keeps us busy from morning till evening. There isn't much to say other than we are just a small team trying to do our jobs right. We drink a lot of chai and talk to a lot of people. That is pretty much our daily routine here at Gayatri Apartments and it works for us.
