Chourasia Pan Bhandar

Chourasia Pan Bhandar is located in Dwarka Sector 4, right at Ashirwad Chowk, shop number 6. It’s a busy little spot because the chowk is a main point for everyone living in the surrounding sectors. We’ve been here for a while, watching the big buildings go up around us. The shop is small, just a standard size for this market, and we keep all our ingredients within arm's reach. It gets really busy in the evenings when families come out for a walk after eating at the nearby restaurants. We don't have any corporate training; we just learned by doing it every day for years. Our hands are usually stained from the ingredients, but that’s just part of the work we do. Sometimes we run out of certain leaves if the delivery truck is late, and we just have to tell people to come back later. It’s not a perfect system, but it works for us. We have a small radio that plays in the background to keep us company while we work. We don't have a fancy sign, just the name above the door. Most of our customers are people we see every single week. We don't try to impress anyone with big talk or fancy clothes. We just focus on making what they ask for and keeping the counter wiped down. It’s a simple business in a busy part of Dwarka.
