You can find us at Cata Appliances Ltd right in the Naraina Vihar area. We are in the Local Shopping Centre, specifically in Wing F of Block A. It’s a busy little corner of the Ring Road. Being at number 18 means we get a lot of foot traffic, which keeps us on our toes throughout the day. The shop isn't massive, but we fit a lot into the space we have. We spend our days talking to people about different appliances and how they work. Sometimes the Ring Road noise gets a bit loud, but you get used to it after a week or two. We aren't a big corporate office with hundreds of people. It’s just us here trying to help folks find what they need for their homes. We don't use those scripted lines you hear in big malls. We just talk like normal people. If an appliance has a quirk or a specific way it needs to be handled, we will tell you about it plainly. We’ve been in Naraina Vihar for a while now and know most of the other shop owners around the block. It’s a good community to be part of. Our paperwork is usually piled up on the back desk, but we know where everything is. We try to keep things straightforward and honest. If something is out of stock, we say so. It’s a practical way to run a business.
