We are Brich And Maison Developers Privatelimited. Our office is over in Dwarka Sector-10, specifically at A-15/2 on the first floor. We are right near Vatika Park, which is a good landmark if you are trying to find us. It’s a fairly quiet spot compared to some other parts of South West Delhi. We spend most of our time looking at floor plans and talking to folks about their new homes or offices. It’s a lot of paperwork, to be honest. Developing land takes a lot of patience and there are always new rules to follow. We have a small team here. We aren't into big meetings or fancy presentations. We just sit around the table and figure out how to get things done. The office is functional. We have some chairs for visitors and a lot of filing cabinets. Sometimes the tea lady comes by and we take a break, but usually, it's just work. Being near the park is nice for a quick walk when things get too stressful. We’ve seen Dwarka grow a lot over the years. It’s become a big hub and we are just a small part of that growth. We don't make big promises we can't keep. We just show up every morning and handle whatever comes our way. It’s simple enough when you think about it. We are just local people doing what we can to build things right.
