BLUEMARBLE BUILDTECH LLP

BLUEMARBLE BUILDTECH LLP is based out of Plot No-12 in Dwarka, Sector-23. This is a newer part of the city compared to the old center, which is nice because the roads are a bit wider for our trucks and equipment. We spend our days managing different build sites across South West Delhi. Our team at Sector-23 is pretty small, but we have all been in the building industry long enough to know the ropes. Construction is a messy business, and there are always surprises once you start digging into the ground. We just try to handle those issues as they come up. Our office at Plot No-12 is where we do the administrative stuff like payroll and ordering more sand or bricks. We do not have a receptionist or fancy coffee machines here. We just have a kettle and a lot of files. Most of our time is spent out on the sites, checking on how the walls are looking or if the plumbing is going in the right way. We are not into making big promises that we cannot keep. We just tell you what we can do and then we go out and do it. It is a lot of hard work and the sun really beats down on us during the summer months. But we have got a good rhythm going now. We have been through enough projects to know that the most important thing is just showing up.
