Our spot is Rzf 1038 in Guru Nanak G, over in Raj Nagar II. It’s right in the middle of Palam Colony in New Delhi. If you know Delhi, you know how busy it gets around here. There is always noise from the street—horns honking, people shouting, the usual city sounds. We’ve been based in this building for some time now. It’s a bit of a maze to find us if you aren’t from around here, but once you’re inside, it’s just a normal workspace. We have desks crammed in where they fit, and there is always a stack of files somewhere that needs attention. It’s a practical place. We don’t spend money on fancy decorations because that isn’t what we are about. We just need a roof over our heads and some working outlets for the computers. In the summer, the air conditioner works hard to keep us from melting. We mostly just keep to ourselves and focus on the tasks at hand. Sometimes we order in some food when we have to stay late. It’s a bit cramped and definitely loud outside, but it’s where we do our work. Palam Colony has a certain energy, and we are just another part of the daily grind in this neighborhood. We don't try to be anything we aren't, just people working in a busy part of the city.
