Our spot is in Mahipalpur Extension, tucked away near the Mahanagar Telephone Exchange Lane. It’s a busy area of New Delhi, with lots of traffic and people always moving about. We’re at A 186. Rakesh Kumar Singh is usually the one you'll see managing things around the office. It’s a typical insurance office setup. We’ve got the usual computers, a few chairs for visitors, and plenty of files tucked into the corners. People come by when they need to check on their insurance status or if they have a new application to submit. We spend a lot of time on the computer screens, checking data and making sure every name and number matches up perfectly. The lane outside can be a bit crowded, especially in the late evenings when everyone is heading home. We just keep our heads down and get the work done. It’s not a place for fancy talk or big promises. We just handle the forms and explain the numbers to anyone who asks for clarification. Sometimes we have to stay a little late to finish up the paperwork for the day. It’s a lot of routine, but it's important work for the people who trust us with their personal details. We try to be helpful without making things more complicated than they need to be. The office has a bit of a worn-in feel, which actually makes it quite comfortable. Most of the local shopkeepers nearby know us by now.
