We operate Bhadauria Projects Private Limited from our place in Dwarka. Specifically, we're at Plot No. 19 in Sector-18A, inside the Prem Milan CGHS building, Flat No. 62. It’s a residential-style setup which keeps our overhead low and our focus on the work itself. South West Delhi is a good area to be based in. We’ve been involved in various project management and construction tasks for some years now. It’s not always pretty. There are dusty boots in the corner and piles of files on the tables. We don’t have a fancy reception area because we spend most of our time out where the actual building is happening. We take the work seriously, but we don't feel the need to use big words or corporate jargon. If a project has a problem, we fix it. That's the way we were taught. Being in a CGHS complex means we are part of a community, and that community vibe carries over into how we handle our business relationships. We’re just local guys trying to make a living by building quality structures. We don't have a huge marketing budget. We mostly rely on word of mouth from people who have seen our work in Dwarka. It’s a slow and steady way to grow, but it works for us. We just stick to what we know best and stay honest about it. It keeps our feet on the ground and our projects moving.
