We work out of the Bahwalpur Society in Sector-10, Dwarka. It’s a residential area mostly, so it’s pretty calm compared to the main city center. Axind Software has been here for a bit now. We spend most of our time in front of our screens. It’s a small office space, nothing flashy at all. Just some chairs that probably need replacing soon and a lot of tangled cables under the desks. Dwarka is a good spot because the metro isn't too far, which helps with the daily commute. We usually start the day with some coffee and then get straight into the coding and testing. It’s just technical work, day in and day out. Sometimes the internet acts up, which is a real pain, but we manage. We aren't some giant tech firm with a fancy cafeteria or bean bags. We usually just order something from the local shops or bring tiffins from home. It feels more like a small family than a big company. We know each other's habits and lunch preferences by now. The society guards know us well since we are there every morning. It’s a decent place to focus without too much noise. We handle different projects as they come in. There’s no big secret to how we do things. We just try to fix bugs and make things work like they are supposed to. Some nights we stay late when a deadline is close.
