Aventura Components Pvt. Ltd. is tucked away at A1/152 in Neb Sarai, right on Ignou Road. It’s not a place you’d find easily if you weren't looking for it. The neighborhood is a mix of houses and small businesses, so it feels very local and lived-in. We work with components, which means there are always small parts and pieces lying around on the benches. Our office isn't very large, so we have to be careful where we step so we don't trip over a box. There are a few of us who have been here since the start. We mostly just focus on our technical tasks and answering the phone when it rings. It’s a quiet enough spot compared to the main city center, though Ignou Road can get quite congested when classes are starting or ending. We don't have a big sign outside or anything too flashy. Most people who come here already know who we are. We spend a lot of time checking quality and making sure everything is counted right. Sometimes we make mistakes and have to recount everything, which is annoying but necessary. We drink tea from the stall around the corner twice a day. It’s a simple routine that works for us. We aren't trying to change the world, we're just making sure our components get to where they need to go without any fuss.
