We spend a lot of time looking at screens and talking to people on the phone to verify information. It can be quiet when everyone is focused, or it can get a bit loud when several people are on calls at once. We don't have a big marketing department or anyone to make the place look like a tech startup. It’s just a workspace with some filing cabinets and some old chairs in the corner. We get our mail delivered here daily, and there's usually a pile of envelopes waiting to be opened. Vasant Kunj is a good area because it’s easy for everyone to get to. We have a routine that we follow, starting early in the morning and finishing up as the traffic starts to get bad outside. We aren't trying to impress anyone with the office layout.
