Down in Mehrauli, at 1055 2 W 8, is where you will find this branch of Atpl. Mehrauli is such an old part of New Delhi, and you can really feel that history when you walk around the narrow lanes near the office. Our building is tucked away in the 110030 area. It is a bit of a challenge to find a parking spot around here, so most of us just walk or take a rickshaw from the metro station. The office itself is quite basic. We have a couple of rooms with desks and some old fans on the ceiling. It’s not the kind of place that has a big glass entrance. You just walk in and we are there. We spend our days dealing with paperwork and taking calls. It can get a bit dusty with all the construction going on in the city, but we keep things as tidy as we can. There isn't any corporate polish here. We talk to each other like neighbors because that is basically what we are. We know the guy who sells snacks outside and the people in the next office over. It is a very grounded way to work. We just do our bit and try to stay on top of the schedule without making a big fuss about it. Working in an area with so much history makes the daily grind feel a bit different.
