Our place is at A-416 in Ansal Chambers-1, right in the heart of Bhikaji Cama Place. If you know the area, you know how crowded it gets with all the office buildings packed together. We focus on the gift side of the business here. Our office is often overflowing with samples of different items—everything from small trinkets to bigger corporate items that people want to send out. It can look a bit messy to an outsider, but we know exactly where everything is. We spend our mornings checking on new stock and the afternoons are usually for packaging and making sure things are ready to be sent out. The building itself is one of those classic Delhi commercial hubs where there is always someone moving something in the hallways. We have been in this spot for a while and have gotten to know the other shop owners and office workers in the corridor. It’s a very social environment in a way. We don’t really do much advertising; most of our work comes from people who have known us for years. The desks are covered in catalogs and sticky notes. It is a practical office for a practical business. We don't have any fancy mission statements or corporate slogans hanging on the walls. We just want to make sure the boxes are packed right and the orders go out on time. Sometimes the air conditioning struggles in the peak of summer, but we manage just fine with a few extra fans.
