Associate Relationship Manager

Our office is at Rz 15 in Raghu Nager, New Gelhi. It is a very typical neighborhood where everything is a bit crowded and there is always something going on. As an Associate Relationship Manager, I spend the bulk of my day on the phone or meeting with people who live or work nearby. The 110046 area is a mix of homes and small shops, which gives it a real community feel. We don't have a big corporate sign or a fancy entrance. It’s just a simple room where we can sit down and get through the work. This part of the city can be quite chaotic with the noise and the traffic, and Raghu Nager is no exception. We usually have the tea man come by a couple of times a day, which keeps us going. The work itself is all about staying in touch with people and making sure their needs are met. It’s not a complicated job, but it requires a lot of patience and a lot of talking. We don't use any of those mission statements you see in big companies. We just show up, do the work, and try to be as helpful as we can. The office is small and sometimes gets a bit cluttered with papers, but we know where everything is. It’s a practical way to run things in a busy part of the city. We have been here at Rz 15 for a good while now and we like it this way.
